Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for payroll and 401k integration. We also use Gusto to play contractors and other vendors. Including tracking expenses. Gusto makes payroll easy and allows a lot of room for employees to find useful information, benefits and also get paid early.

Cons

  • Knowledge of Issues when Payroll doesn't run
  • It's quite expensive to use, but not a problem.
Great usability for both business and employee. The tools for employees are great and make for a really useful experience.
Gusto is less expensive and easier to use.

Love Gusto's ease of use and options for employees. Employees have the ability to view upcoming payroll, past paycheck stubs, as well as work on tax information and benefits.
