Overall Satisfaction with Harvest

Harvest is used to measure the outcomes of the company. This tool allows us to measure in real-time if our time and resources are working on a certain project. We use this tool with another systems to match the time we sell with the time we spend on all our projects cross-department, consequentially helps us with decision making.
  • Real-time hours spent
  • Connectors with other tools like asana and google calendar
  • Easy to use
  • Resources allocation
  • Export info directly to Google SpreadSheets
  • Found irregularities of the time reported automatically
  • We know better how to sell our services on specifics projects, to have a competitive price.
  • If the heads of the areas put attention to this reports they could have strategic well-taken decisions
  • Anticipates a really bad situation with your client
Basecamp, we used to have Basecamp. But Harvest+Asana made our decision making easier. We tried with Wrike but the user interface is not aseasy as is looks. Harvest has our problems resolved by now with simple steps that make this tool work for us. Other tools that could help to make this one better could be something with resources allocation.
A lot of companies do not have enough human resources to make the operations work appropriately. If you measure what your resource is spent on time you could take actions to see if you have excessive work or simply need to make better decisions of what your resource needs to do with their work time.
