Overall Satisfaction with Heap

It is currently being used across our entire organization. Heap is how we track our overall usage by candidates. How many daily, weekly, monthly active users we have. Heap is SO helpful.

It is relatively easy to use and understand!
The pages do load extremely fast, especially in compared to other data tools we use.
We actually use both for different things.
