Overall Satisfaction with Heap

Heap is used by many individuals in our marketing department to measure and visualize where our traffic is coming from, how our site traffic is changing, and where we're getting clicks and conversions.
I personally use Heap to track our blog performance, and gauge which blog posts are performing well (or underperforming) in search month to month.
  • Visualizing data in a variety of graph types
  • Quickly exporting data to Excel
  • Allowing custom dashboards
  • More user-friendly way of setting up filters
  • Guides content direction
Heap is very easy to use and doesn't require a background in data analytics. But I do feel that the language used to set up filters and reports could be clearer and more user-friendly.
Heap is very fast and easy to use. Reports load quickly, and it's easy to export a lot of data to Excel.
I've also used Google Analytics in previous positions. I feel Heap is much easier to use; it's easier to find the information that matters most.

Do you think Heap delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy Heap again?

Heap is great for anyone who's not necessarily an anlyst, but has a vested interest in digging into their website traffic. It's a great way of viewing content performance, even if you don't have much experience using other programs like Google Analytics.
