Overall Satisfaction with Heap

Heap is primarily used by our Product organization, but is used by other functions such as Customer Success.
  • Heap makes it easy to create reports on the fly. I didn't need any training - I was able to jump in and start getting useful data.
  • Heap is very quick - I get results right away.
  • I don't really have any negative things to say about Heap. It seems to do the job. It would be great if it starts to build more direct connections with CS software platforms. I've yet to see that. It seems you need to push the Heap data into a data warehouse which can be costly.
  • Heap provides me with the visibility I need to make business decisions with our customers.
I find Heap easy to use.
Queries seem to load quickly, but I'm not using any complex queries.
Heap seems to be easier to use than Mixpanel.

Heap seems to be much faster and more accurate than previous data tracking systems I've used in the past.
