Overall Satisfaction with Heap

We are using Heap to track user behavior on our cloud platform. We use it as a product team to determine which features are being leveraged most by all users and we also use it to convert more unpaid users.

It's simple and easy to navigate. The implementation team has been responsive and informative. We have been able to get at least some value quickly, and more value to come as we connect with our server-side analytics tool. I would give it the full 10 if it was client and server eventing all in one.
I haven't noticed any performance issues but we are not tracking as much data as we will be quite yet.
We looked at a few other tools but ultimately we chose Heap because it is a great starting place for our program. We had nothing in place. Heap enabled us to get a tool installed quickly and get up and running tracking and collecting data within a week.

Well suited if you want to quickly get insights into user behavior, if you want to test feature ideas, and if you want to track funnel flow and where users are falling out.

It's doesn't track server-side events, so you'll likely have to buy another tool for that and then leverage Heap connect.
