Overall Satisfaction with Heap

Heap is being used for tracking our website data across all pages of our site, including enrollments, benefit add-ons, and page views. It is helpful to see the real-time results to help us determine what is working well and what isn't at a glance. It also helps us see if the site is having technical issues. It is being used mostly by the product team, but marketing and financial analysts will also use it. It helps us determine conversions and website usage data, what pages are more used/helpful than others for our end customers, and what we need to do to direct people to other pages. It tells us if our blog articles are being read or not and which ones are more interesting. This is information we can't get any other way. It's extremely helpful information.
  • Track site usage
  • Track page views
  • Track clicks and compare to other days/times
  • Track article views
  • Comparison data between hours, days, week, and months
  • A setup wizard would be helpful to newer users
  • It's still early but [it's] giving us insight in how we can increase our conversion rates.
  • Page views are helpful to know where our customers are going once on the website.
  • [We're] still working to improve our conversion rates by using the data gleaned from this program.

This tool is very helpful in validating product usage as well as getting conversion data to match up with other communication plans we are running. It is excellent real-time data to tell us if the site is having technical issues or not. The ability to compare data over time is very helpful to track patterns by customers.
