Overall Satisfaction with Heap

We use Heap to track usage data and create dashboards. We also use Looker for similar use cases, but we use Heap over Looker for individuals to create their own dashboards.

  • Good drill-down functionality
  • Better search functionality
  • Decreased load time
I prefer Heap because it's easier to create my own dashboards and most importantly they just look so much better.

Yes

I've really enjoyed using Heap for data exploration and daily metric checks. The visualizations are incredibly pleasing compared to some of the other tools we use. One area I struggle to use Heap in is seeing which data is available and relevant for me. It would be great to be able to tag data or bucket it somehow.
