Overall Satisfaction with Heap

Within tele-healthcare, we need to monitor what interactions our patients do within our app and website. When a patient cannot connect to a doctor or report issues viewing their charts, appointment summaries, and prescriptions, it hinders their healthcare and creates a jam in the system where the patient feels frustrated. My job is to resolve these frustrations before they cause issues to our revenue.

  • New-user-friendly query platform
  • Tracks user events
  • Better event grouping
  • Would like to see more details or errors connecting events
I utilize Sentry and Heap. I use both of them for their respective reasons, but Sentry's events have a better grouped layout.

Heap is well suited to provide analytics for your user experience. Finding log-in issues, connectivity issues, interactions, etc. very quickly will positively impact your company overall. This program allows you to find the event and properly analyze it. I would not use Heap by itself, but when used with Sentry or other programs, you will get the overall greater picture of your organization.
