We use [Hootsuite] daily to manage our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts to give our parents and community timely information about upcoming events and news.
- It is user friendly and easy to schedule posts across different platforms.
- It aggregates data well so we know how much interaction we are receiving on every platform
- The mobile site is easy to use
- Hootsuite has room to improve when it comes to consistency - sometimes videos are difficult to upload, sometimes things get double posted by accident, or occasionally something will be scheduled but an unforeseen error will cause it not to post.
- Saves time and allows us to engage all of our audiences across platforms without having to go into each individual platform to create or schedule posts
- Allows us to study the analytics of posts across all channels at once to help us hone our content
Hootsuite gives us a one-stop shop to schedule social media posts far in advance and allows everyone on our team to go in and see what posts are scheduled for future dates. This allows us to schedule what we know in advance and still have room for timely posts. Brand consistency is easy with Hootsuite because we can see past and future posts to ensure the flow of information is consistent and on brand.
We are not familiar with another product that posts social media items across channels.
