Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
[Hootsuite] is an invaluable tool for not only scheduling social media posts, but also managing a social media marketing calendar and sharing drafted posts amongst a team. I have used at every marketing job I have worked with and will continue to introduce it to new jobs that do not use it.
- Social post scheduling
- Easy to read calendar of posts
- Great insights
- Uploading video on the Instagram platform can sometimes be annoying - it doesn't reformat for you like if you tried to upload directly in the app. You need to fix the format yourself.
- Uploading a post with multiple pictures in Instagram is also very annoying and easier to just do in the app.
- The video uploading and multi-picture uploading on Instagram is the only complaint
