Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
Hootsuite is being used by my organization to manage our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn profiles. It is currently being used only by me, as I am the only employee in the marketing department. Hootsuite allows me to get a birds eye view of our social channels and allows me to interact with our followers more easily by centralizing the incoming messages. This allows me to quickly respond to inquiries, reviews, comments, etc.
- Scheduling social media posts across multiple platforms
- Optimizes photos and videos for best viewing
- Saves content in drafts folder, which is great to house content ideas in an organized way.
- Need to add a feature where multiple Insta photos can be scheduled through the website.
- Insta Stories scheduling capabilities
- Add TikTok as a social platform that can be managed through Hootsuite
- Marketing efficiency
