Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We use Hootsuite to manage some social media platforms of our clients, mostly LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, [and] Twitter. We check and manage engagement and use the insights which are provided by the platform to improve content quality, engagement and to follow up with messages and comments in the social media channels. Since we start[ed] using Hootsuite three years ago, the day to day management of all posting has been constantly improving as well as the results.

- Insights and data are available at any time and always updated
- Flexibility in managing what and how to follow
- Tracking frequency of posting and performance
- Tagging is one of the main [features lacking] in Hootsuite as we need to go back to the single SM channels to do the actual tagging. It’s somehow not well connected.
- Hootsuite doesn’t allow [you] to tag/upload videos on personal accounts in LinkedIn.
- The number of channels that we are allowed to manage with the Pro account is too little.
- It would be great to have few basic insights on the email posting dashboard, kind of one place where [you can] see postings and their performance.
- Great time management by using Hootsuite.
- All in is a reasonable cost compared to the efficient use of time, provision of insights. Still having at least 15/20 channels in the Pro account would make a huge difference.
Incomparably better, above all on message or job assignment and planning.
