Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Hootsuite to manage many social media accounts for Total Fitness Clubs. This allows me to schedule posts for all clubs to multiple platforms ahead of time. Very useful for marketing planning.

Pros and Cons

I love the planner view of all posts.
If something is wrong with a platform, I receive an email to correct the problem.

It can be slow to check off social media platform boxes.
It can be slow to delete words from the comments box.

Return on Investment

It helps me schedule posts at times when my audience is on those social media platforms to get the most engagement.
I really like the use of the planner, much more visual.
Sometimes, I feel like there is a delay when choosing social media platforms when scheduling.
Sometimes, I feel there is a delay when writing content for my postings.

Alternatives Considered

Buffer

Buffer is ok for its free scheduling platform but can be very expensive for smaller to mid-size businesses. Hootsuite pricing is very fair and affordable.

I have been using Hootsuite for many years now. It is very user-friendly and has everything I need to get our social media done on a weekly basis. They are constantly making upgrades, always keeping us informed of any social media updates and changes, and their services are of great value.

Hootsuite is well-suited for small businesses that may have multiple locations and social media platforms to post to. For all the businesses I work for, this kind of scheduler is very appropriate.
