As resellers of Hootsuite, we implement the Enterprise package in companies that are looking into using a tool where multiple agencies and products manage their social media channels in one basket, measuring ROI and mapping out touchpoints for clients through a customer journey. What works in Hootsuite's favor, is the easy-to-use interface to multiple social networks from a single dashboard.

  • Monitoring content and planning efficiencies have improved considerably
  • Ads Analytics for Facebook has been a welcome add on
  • Hootsuite Amplify & Hootsuite Impact stats are super great features
Hootsuite has a greater advantage in scheduling and publishing, team management, app integration, content curation, and team management. The tool is quite easy to use and navigate. Hootsuite Academy is also such a great add-on for teams to learn and get certified on social media marketing and the Hootsuite platform.

The ability to integrate other apps into Hootsuite is quite easy even for the not so techy users. Scheduling posts in advance proved to be a winner with most team members. There's been greater team collaboration when multiple agencies are involved in product and campaign launches. Tracking customer service for teams has never been easier.
