Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Hootsuite helps me keep relevant and congruent social media posts across various social media platforms. The new interface is much improved, would like to see auto cropping for Instagram included someday. It is great to be able to tweak the posts for each platform without having to keep track of several different windows and tabs.

Hootsuite has great support, however, it sometimes takes a lot of time to get a response from someone. Likely due to the worker shortages that the pandemic has catalyzed.

Hootsuite is fantastic and helps me keep track of most of the social media accounts that I work with. I would like to see more social media platforms such as TikTok added and maybe have some basic video editing like the built-in photo editor. Hootsuite is a lifesaver when you have a small team to work with!
