If your company posts on social media a few times a week, it's an easy tool to keep up with social media planning and scheduling. The dashboard also provides insight into what the companies you're following post, and you can also follow hashtags to ensure you don't miss any important relevant news.

HubSpot Marketing Hub

I started using HubSpot instead of Hootsuite as my company was already using it for sales, CRM, and other marketing purposes. I think HubSpot is better as it's easier to schedule posts across multiple platforms at once, and since we already host content and blog on HubSpot it neatly keeps everything in one place.

I've used it both in my previous marketing role at a startup, as well as helping clients through freelancing. For a smaller scale, it's a great free tool, but I've had issues in the past with posts not going out on time. I therefore wouldn't say that you can have peace of mind once you schedule a post since you still have to make sure it actually went out.
