Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We use Hootsuite to manage social media for multiple brands. Hootsuite Pro provides one place where we can easily switch between brands.
- Edit photos for each platform
- Switch back and forth between multiple platforms

- I would love to be able to post to arrange multiple photos in the order I want them when scheduling a Facebook post. This works for other platforms, but when scheduling for Facebook, it doesn't work. Once I hit the schedule button, the order changes. It's so frustrating!
- I would like to be able to schedule Facebook carousel posts via Hootsuite.
- It would be nice to have a way to download a photo from a scheduled post after I have cropped it, so I can have the edited version for myself. This works on the phone app, but not on the computer.
- It would be a bonus to have an emoji selection within Hootsuite.
- Saved a tremendous amount of time.
- Gave us a better idea of the type of content that does best.
- Makes scheduling efficient.

It's been years since I used Buffer, so it may have changed or updated, but Hootsuite gives me better control of images.
