Hootsuite simplifies everything scheduling in the office. With our SaaS products, we need to remain relevant because our industry is accounting, which is fast-paced, especially in terms of changes in software. As a social media designer and marketing assistant, Hootsuite lets me and my team schedule across all our social media accounts consistently.

Pros and Cons

The Hootsuite app gives access to drafts easily, so you don't stress about having content organised.
The application advises as to when it's best to schedule.
Hootsuite gives you an indicative score in terms of progress and brand growth.
The platform is linked to most leading social media platforms.

One persistent issue I have had with Hootsuite is adaptability to the device on which it operates. The app tends to operate better with >4GB RAM speed.
Hootsuite is expensive but worth its functionality.
Sometimes lack of recommended times makes it difficult to gamble on best time to schedule.
Perhaps the app could mention when image dimensions don't correlate with social media platform specific dimensions.

Return on Investment

Hootsuite's Social Sign In feature has simplified logging in to a single account as a team. This has brought much needed organisation and centralised workflow.
The tool has made remote working an extra relief because it schedules days ahead.
The recommended times have simplified reaching an audience and posting at times where majority of the audience is online.

Hootsuite is easy to navigate and very beginner-friendly. It quickly builds an algorithm, allows for bulk scheduling, and saves plenty of time. This app's connectedness to most social media platforms, including being able to schedule stories makes it another go-to. For the average social media manager, Hootsuite is sure to make the job more bearable. So, you work smarter, not harder.

Support Rating

I have not had to seek support. Yet, when in need of troubleshooting Hootsuite, its support documents, reviews and video by content creators online become of great help. The interactive UI also makes struggling less because it guides you to succeed. The fact that Hootsuite is straightforward is another reason not to seek support much.

This tool is best for a hands-on brand looking for consistency and organisation. Hootsuite is best when you want your brand to take off and compete with brand competitors head-on. Its easy-to-use user interface allows beginner user to quickly find their feet. There are other options that are less expensive than this app monthly. However, that surely cuts away the many conveniences the app brings.

Hootsuite will consistently help amplify your voice brand.
