Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Hootsuite to manage all social media scheduling and analytic review. It is a great scheduling tool to ensure our social channels are prepared each week. I also use it to pull our monthly and yearly analytics.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Social media planning interface
Easy access to analytics while changing platforms

Cons

Sometimes the entire post will populate with the photo of the link, other times nothing auto populates

Return on Investment

Being able to see the growth on social platforms week by week is an integral part of my job and makes my work flow SO much better

Usability

I would give it 9/10 on usability. Sometimes it has small bugs where I have to leave the platform and log back in

Social Media Impact

This is still something we are exploring, we use it just for posting, and use a different platform to measure reach and media impact.

Meltwater is truly the best for all of the social listening we do
