Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite Enterprise

Hootsuite Enterprise is being used by the Social Media Department. It allows for scheduling and deploying of Tweets, analytics, and listening/monitoring of the social landscape (keywords, competitors, trends).

  • Education
  • Date range of analytics needs to be more than 7 days at a time.
  • Haven't been able to attach an image using IE for more than 3 wks. (Chrome works great, though.)
  • Aggregate of engagement activity would be great
  • Scheduling and deploying of Tweets is key
Their education program was what tippied the scale
Their ASMA Certification is amazing! Hootsuite Enterprise provides such valuable tools, resources, and guidance for establishing and strengthening a company's social media program. If the question is do they provide opportunities to learn, the answer is a resounding YES.
