Overall Satisfaction with Hotjar

We set it up because we are designing our new website (focused on reaching new markets) and I need to understand the user experience in our actual website.
Basically, I am the only one who uses Hotjar in my organization and it is helping me a lot not just to redesign the web but also to decrease the bounce rate in the actual one.

The thing is I never used another tool like Hotjar before
All my website analysis I made with Google Products before (Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc..)
But Hotjar really helps a lot to understand what my website means to my potential customers and even more, It allows me to watch their journey through our website

It is really good to watch and understand the customer experience in your website, letting you watch what users do and how they react to your Call to action, forms, banners, videos, and others
I do not find it very good to make reports of this data without doing manual work
