Overall Satisfaction with Hotjar
While trying to address difficulties in product adoption we decided to start with hotjar. This allowed the product team to get feedback on new & old features, but also us, Customer Success Managers, to review the clients' behavior on the website, see if they were taking the right steps in order to cover their needs and proactively assist them in case they were not utilizing the product in the best way possible.
- Heatmaps with clients activites and actions taken on the platform
- Full playbacks of users activity in the platform
- I cannot think of something in specific related to the product. The implementation though took more than initially expected
- Client Recordings with all the detailed information in them
- Heatmaps and the level of depth you can reach
- I couldn't put a dollar figure next to it but it certainly helped us improved our retention & expansion numbers with our current clients
