Overall Satisfaction with Hotjar

While trying to address difficulties in product adoption we decided to start with hotjar. This allowed the product team to get feedback on new & old features, but also us, Customer Success Managers, to review the clients' behavior on the website, see if they were taking the right steps in order to cover their needs and proactively assist them in case they were not utilizing the product in the best way possible.
  • Heatmaps with clients activites and actions taken on the platform
  • Full playbacks of users activity in the platform
  • I cannot think of something in specific related to the product. The implementation though took more than initially expected
  • Client Recordings with all the detailed information in them
  • Heatmaps and the level of depth you can reach
  • I couldn't put a dollar figure next to it but it certainly helped us improved our retention & expansion numbers with our current clients
There was not something specific negative that we noticed in the other products, hotjar came in the discussion through a referral from one of our colleagues, was covering all the tickboxes that we had set and decided to move forwards with it

As a user of the commercial team, I am glad that I can know the interactions that my clients have on the platform and how effective they are. This allows me to be sure that they are making the maximum out of their subscriptions and our revenue will only be positively impacted
