Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
- HubSpot provided a centralized dashboard view of all the marketing activities that I needed to perform. Previously, several systems were being used and there was no streamlined process and in some instances, no process. Yikes!
- Closed Loop Marketing. This was a major selling point for us. Being able to track and measure our efforts against real dollars is a must in business today.
- HubSpot came to us with the same innovative thinking that we like to apply in our business, using workflows to automate and create smarter efficiency.
- Surveys are a particularly important part of what we do as a software company and currently we have to use 3rd party software for that. I'd like to see that ability fully integrated with the product.
- Increased efficiency has been our most positive benefit. HubSpot puts all the important information in one centralized database, eliminating the need for separate systems.
- Increased visibility to other company employees. HubSpot easily allows more people access to marketing departmental information than ever before.
