Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

  • HubSpot provided a centralized dashboard view of all the marketing activities that I needed to perform. Previously, several systems were being used and there was no streamlined process and in some instances, no process. Yikes!
  • Closed Loop Marketing. This was a major selling point for us. Being able to track and measure our efforts against real dollars is a must in business today.
  • HubSpot came to us with the same innovative thinking that we like to apply in our business, using workflows to automate and create smarter efficiency.
  • Surveys are a particularly important part of what we do as a software company and currently we have to use 3rd party software for that. I'd like to see that ability fully integrated with the product.
  • Increased efficiency has been our most positive benefit. HubSpot puts all the important information in one centralized database, eliminating the need for separate systems.
  • Increased visibility to other company employees. HubSpot easily allows more people access to marketing departmental information than ever before.
They think about the world very much
like our company does, so it was naturally a good fit for us. With a
much smaller staff, we are able to do more than we ever could in marketing. HubSpot has made it possible for us to grow our team strategically without having to hire a large internal staff.
Training is very important for using Hubspot. You really never stop learning how to use it and how to make your marketing better. I would definitely recommend using the Hubspot Academy to continue to improve one's skills. Also, I would not hesitate to recommend hiring a HubSpot partner to get your company up and running. Integrations, extra marketing resources, continued training classes - they are worth the extra dollars to learn how to do things the right way.
