We use HubSpot in our marketing department and sales department. The marketing department uses it to help drive traffic, capture leads, and nurture leads for sales. The sales team uses the CRM for outbound prospecting and prioritizing inbound leads for follow up. Both the sales and marketing teams use the social tools inside of HubSpot for engaging with prospects.

- The new CRM has some great tools but it is still new and needs some improvement on the reporting side.
