- HubSpot lets me filter and sort leads, prospects and opportunities for our different product lines with minimal customization.
- I am consistently impressed by HubSpot's support staff. Bonus points for staying late with me on Friday night!
- The software doesn't force anything on users. I can go a broad or granular as I want.
- Given HubSpot's early success in the social sphere, I am disappointed that their social tracking is limited to Twitter. I have requested support for "unshortening" when I create a custom short URL for a link. I have requested support for Google+ posting (esp for G+ ppages)
- Too soon for real ROI (2-3 weeks of adjusting inherited system) Tested forms with fewer required fields and smart questions. Doubled conversion rate and surprised product managers with new info
