Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We are currently using HubSpot throughout our organization for different things. We use it to manage our website and keep things up to date as well as capturing leads.
  • Easy to use - From setting up web pages to updating data HubSpot is very easy to use
  • Great proactive support staff - Our company representative Jared Brewer is awesome. He knows our business and pushes us enough to get us to make things happen.
  • All in one - It really is an all in one platform. Blog, Social Media, etc all in one place.
  • Great analytics - We get to run the reports the way we want them when we want them.
  • Daily updates - Emails from HubSpot on a daily basis so we can track what we are doing online.
  • It takes a while to get to know your way around. Once you have done it a few times it is very easy.
  • Support different platforms like Dreamweaver from Adobe
  • Recruitment - We use HubSopt to capture data on potential new Loan Officers
  • Communication - We push information through HubSpot directly to our clients email
  • Leads - Great program for capturing leads
This is a great program and very interactive. It does let us do everything we need at this point in our business. We are in the process of implementing the full use of the Social Media platform and so far it seems to work very well for that. It is also very easy to change the look of a individual web page.

Using HubSpot

2 - We use hubspot everyday at our Office. We have a page on our website called Rate Alert ( http://www.homestartcapital.com/mortgage-rates-houston-tx/ ), that needs to be updated daily with the current Mortgage Rates. We also send the daily mortgage rate out through email, every day, to about 750 recipients through sunspot.
It is plain and simple; the customer service and support we get from Jared and our team at HubSpot is extraordinary. They are always there when we need them. We are encouraged on a regular basis to expand our use of the program. You have gone to great lengths to make something so impersonal as the world wide web a pleasant personal experience.

No - We do not need other support. Jared Brewer has been able to guide us through all the issues so far.
Yes - We have had functional issues in the past and they are resolved very quickly.
Jared Brewer has set up a training schedule for us to get up to speed on what HubSpot can do for us. He has even arranged a conference call with another lending institution so we can compare notes. Everyone we have dealt with at HubSpot has been great. They are always focused on us having a successful resolution to whatever we are trying to do.
