Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
Pros
- Accurate reporting, great visual aids, and the company also provides informative whitepapers and case studies.
Cons
- The SEO module provides great analytics, however, it only gives you a piece of the puzzle. Having another analytics solution such as Google Analytics would help fill in the puzzle pieces, such as tracking your inbound campaigns via a CID.
- I was able to get a more comprehensive view of how our SEO efforts were paying off. It allowed me to develop metrics for my meetings with the executive officers.
Hubspot had also been on my radar. I received regular email about their whitepapers and their content was interesting and informative. They produced relevant and good information; they were always at the forefront in my mind.

The product was very easy to learn without training. Everything was very intuitive. No guesswork. Plenty of whitepapers and how-to's all at your fingertips.
