It's only used in the marketing department, but we integrate with our sales software and several other sites. It addresses the tracking and management of marketing campaigns - comparing our work over the years and the quality of leads.
Pros
- Support is always very helpful, and HubSpot has done a great job of creating new features based on customers' needs.
- "Smart" forms and CTAs make the buyer's journey more personalized
- Social media tools have been extremely helpful for tracking and interacting with contacts on social platforms. Sharing is easy across all sites.
Cons
- Organizing all of the content can be difficult - CTAs and emails need folders, just like lists have gotten folders.
- I'd like to see more than one workflow be able to be added to a campaign.
- Increased employee proficiency
- Better buyer's journey
- More quality leads
I have only used Constant Contact before, which isn't a comparable solution. However, for emails alone, HubSpot knocks it out of the park compared to CC. The customization, templates, and even company atmosphere are hard to beat.
