Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
HubSpot is being used within our marketing function to orchestrate all of our inbound and outbound marketing activities. It is connected to SalesForce and our sales teams also have access to it. HubSpot solves our issue of a fragmented marketing effort by bringing together a single pane of glass view of all of our activities and the functionality to support emails, social media, blogs and web content.
Pros
- The WISWYG editor is particuarly strong
- Nice global metrics dashboard
- Intuitive - navigating around and the way the software works just makes sense
Cons
- The social media bulk updater tool which was changed so you couldn't post in bulk was a step backwards.

HubSpot has all the functionality and sometimes more, and is cheaper. It is more specifically created for an inbound content marketing context. The support teams were warmer and more knowledgable than representatives from the competitors we spoke with. HubSpot felt like the right fit for our company at the time and has continued to deliver.
