Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We are using all modules of the HubSpot system to run our company's marketing. It ties together all aspects of our marketing in one platform, and makes it easy for our marketing vendors and staff to collaborate on all marketing aspects.
  • Software. The user interface is easy to use and well organized. The dashboard is a nice summary of our activity.
  • Training. The consulting was very helpful to us as we started and their online Academy has been incredibly helpful.
  • Support. Their help desk is extremely knowledge and responsive.
  • While I really liked the consulting services, they are a bit robotic in that they follow a very strict format, so if you want to be a little outside of the box, that is not as easy to do. As an example, the consultant was very knowledgeable on the core format, but getting strategic advice was not something easy to navigate within the system.
  • HubSpot has helped is to get our marketing efforts launched and organized. We are still fairly new, so I do not have a lot of data on it's impact yet.
Leaps and bounds better in terms of additional functionality.
As marketing is not our core competency, HubSpot is a great way to provide us a strong marketing infrastructure without needing a lot of internal headcount.
You need to have marketing staff or consultants at the ready to implement the HubSpot software and strategy, it is something that needs to be consistently run and managed.
