Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
Initially HubSpot was used just as a tool for managing the online campaigns of our marketing team. Since I've started to work with it, we've broadened the use more towards both driving traffic via SEO and for a more holistic lead acquisition, nurturing and management process in order to help scale our international sales efforts.
- Very easy to use, saves time and frustration on every day work

- There's room for improving flexibility in certain areas, such as the lack of mass updates and reporting functions
- Support could be more skilled and helpful
- Before HubSpot, the only lead information we gathered online were newsletter subsribers, so obviously the relative growth in new leads has gone through the roof
- Has also saved a lot of time, for example in sending emails
- Made it possible for us to track individual leads and companies and nurture them
HubSpot seemed to be a much more holistic solution than Infusionsoft. Especially the workflows seemed much better with HubSpot.
