Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We rely on HubSpot on a daily basis, not just for ourselves, but for over a dozen of our clients as well. HubSpot enables us to more accurately close the loop on our reporting, and provides us with more advanced metrics crucial to calculating ROI.

Aside from advanced software functionality, HubSpot's internal programs and procedures have made it a joy to ber a partner of theirs. They have developed programs to help train our salespeople, and have assign dedicated account managers to improve the ongoing relationships we have with our clients. They take the time to understand our business and our clients, which is crucial for us in offering an in-depth service and a close relationship with our primary software vendor.

I highly recommend HubSpot, not only for internal use, but for marketing agencies to service for their clients as well.
