HubSpot is the most user friendly marketing automation solution

Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

The marketing department began using HubSpot to automate our free trial process. It was incredibly easy to set up and the automation it provides has taken much of the effort of this process off our hands. We also use HubSpot to alert subscribers of product updates, promotional specials, and other general announcements. Even the newest team member is able to easily put together emails and workflows and sort through our large database of contacts.
  • Easy to use - We evaluated several comparable services and chose HubSpot because it was the most intuitive. They offer in-depth trainings which help for the more time intensive tasks but most of the typical day to day tasks can be easily maneuvered with simple trial and error.
  • Excellent support - The HubSpot support team is incredibly easy to get a hold of and they are quick to find solutions. I have never had to wait more than 3 minutes to speak to someone and whenever possible, they have helped us to find long term solutions rather than just quick fixes.
  • Training - We are a small marketing team and when someone new recently joined the team we were able to direct him to the HubSpot training resources to get him up to speed quickly without take time away from the rest of the team.
  • I wish conditional logic was available for forms.
  • There seems to be a small (but longer than I would like) delay in workflow processing when contacts have to be added to a list before triggering the next event.
  • The ease of use that HubSpot offers has increased the efficiency of the marketing team. This has enabled us to create new lead capture initiatives which has increased the number of leads coming in each month.
We used Marketo before we used HubSpot. It was much less user friendly and took the marketing team too much time to complete tasks. Marketo also charged extra for support whereas HubSpot rolls it into the plan.

Silverpop would not issue a trial when we were in our decision making process where as HubSpot did.
We just recently renewed our contract for our second year. This was a complete no brainer for us.

I cannot think of any scenarios in which HubSpot would not be valuable for a marketing team. I would recommend it to any marketing professional.
