Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
HubSpot is being used for our school's blogging team. Several employees under the supervision of the communications coordinator individually write blog posts for the entire university to see, and beyond. We have had people all over the world see our posts, actually! The HubSpot program is a great way to easily upload and manage content to the UOIT website. Overall an excellent tool.
- Simplicity. Very easy to navigate through and make a post.
- The auto save and preview post are helpful.
- The dashboard analytics are neat and useful
- The only thing I say needs improvement is the long procedure for uploading several pictures to have on a blog post. You have to upload each one, one at a time, and you have to start from the main folder each time.
- We've seen results already, where students have recognized places we've blogged about and have increased interest in those places (whether they be the school's facilities, events going on, places to eat, etc.)
- The analysis on HubSpot shows our posts reach are very good, higher than expected.
HubSpot has a lot to offer, while it seems much simpler than others. It's not hard to use at all.
