Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot for our marketing and sales efforts. It helps our overall strategies in both departments. It allows Marketing to show real ROI with each of our efforts. This let's us know what types of marketing strategies are working and those that are not and we can change our approach depending on the numbers we are seeing. It also allows us to automate most of our efforts.

My company was already using HubSpot when I joined the team, so I'm not sure how the selection process went. I do know that my supervisor said there really wasn't any one else that stood a chance against them. They constantly educate potential customers through the sales process, you never feel like they are selling you. Plus, everything they've promised to deliver has been delivered above our expectations.
We seriously cannot do our jobs without HubSpot. For years Marketing never really had true reporting and metrics, a lot of things were left up to guesses. Now we have so many reports we have an answer for everything. We know exactly what is working in our Marketing efforts and WHY. It's great!
HubSpot is well suited for every industry. It works as a great platform for any website. It makes updating a website super simple and constantly helps show users different ways to approach marketing. I never felt like HubSpot wasn't helpful. I would just explain to HubSpot what your organizational goals are, and they can show you how HubSpot can help those goals.
