Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

HubSpot is used by our marketing department in supporting our sales team and doing general marketing communications. It has helped our marketing team be more data driven and helped us track our campaigns and individual communications which we were not doing before our HubSpot subscription began. As a company that helps our clients use data to drive decisions; it is great to practice what we preach.
  • Interface is easy to use and intuitive.
  • Email editing is extremely easy to use for both design professionals and people who do not know how to code HTML.
  • The social interface is extremely detail oriented and allows you to take your social tracking to the next level.
  • SalesForce integration is not always intuitive.
  • The training is not as streamlined as it could be.
  • Increased marketing team efficiency.
  • Better metric tracking across marketing communications and sales communications.
HubSpot was my team's top choice because of the level and accessibility of customer service and troubleshooting staff as well as the layout of the software, integration capabilities and the interface. It seemed like the easiest to use and most powerful.
HubSpot is definitely better suited to marketing teams that already have a vision and direction. They can help you get there, but it helps if your team has an idea of where to go.
