Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

Our marketing department has been using HubSpot mostly to develop and promote our blog since February of 2015. Since we have started using HubSpot our blog views have gone from 1,500 to over 20,000 per month. It has been an awesome tool for simplifying our posting and making sure those posts are optimized for search engines. It also really helps to correlate our email and social efforts so that our marketing campaigns are harmonious.
  • HubSpot is great for giving tips to make sure your content performs well.
  • HubSpot offers multiple tools that work together great so that campaigns feel harmonious.
  • It is definitely possible to find individual tools that have more features than each separate HubSpot tool individually, but the whole is also much greater than the sum of the parts.
  • It can be difficult to find some features and settings, especially with new versions of old tools confusing things, but the HubSpot staff is always very helpful and willing to teach.
  • Our search engine ranking has hugely improved since using HubSpot.
  • Our website and blog views have blown up!
  • Since using HubSpot we have seen increased sales that have allowed us to hire more staff and move to a larger office.
It is an awesome resource for content marketing and SEO. I have yet to come across any industry that seems like it couldn't benefit from the awesome tools HubSpot provides.

HubSpot Support

I always get a quick response and I never have an unanswered question. Every once in a while it takes them a bit longer to get back to me to get a final answer but that's just because I have more in-depth questions. Even on the tough questions they always find a solution for me, they just have to do a little more research.

No - Not sure if that is available, but the service I'm getting now is fantastic.
Yes - Hubspot is always upfront about these issues and communicates quite well during the wait. Sometimes I wish the bugs could be taken care of faster, but I don't really know how long it would take to fix something like that either.
I often like to add custom solutions to my Hubspot pages and the staff is always willing to help figure out ways to make them work even though it's outside of what the product's normal usage.
