Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We are a Diamond Partner with HubSpot and our agency uses it to help our clients grow their businesses! We also use it for our own agency marketing as well. It's a robust and ginormous platform with lots of features designed to solve many business problems such as brand awareness, content creation and publishing, social networking and many others.
  • HubSpot makes it easy to schedule and publish multiple posts to social media
  • It allows you to easily create templates for content for email marketing, landing pages, site pages, blogs and more.
  • HubSpot has SO much content to help with all facets of marketing - it's a super helpful community to be a part of.
  • When they rolled out their new editors in the tool, I don't think they did a great job of letting everyone know and how best to use the new tools. They were different and took getting used to for sure.

HubSpot is well suited for companies that are clear they're ready to implement an inbound marketing strategy and have either an agency working with them or someone they've trained internally to use it to the appropriate level for their business. It really is pretty intuitive, they have a TON of trainings, literature, blogs etc to help and their tech support is very helpful.
