Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is primarily used for our marketing department to keep things organized. We use just about all functionalities of it, especially in reference to lead generation. We have recently started to utilize landing pages very heavily in regards to providing content offers.
- Simplicity of use
- Tracking ability
- Automation offerings
- Alignment of offerings; integration between different sections (blog, forms, landing pages, etc)
- Doesn't have as many features as some other CRMs on the market
- The newest redesign is a little harder to navigate than previous versions of the website
- We haven't seen a drastic change yet.
