Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is primarily used for our marketing department to keep things organized. We use just about all functionalities of it, especially in reference to lead generation. We have recently started to utilize landing pages very heavily in regards to providing content offers.
  • Simplicity of use
  • Tracking ability
  • Automation offerings
  • Alignment of offerings; integration between different sections (blog, forms, landing pages, etc)
  • Doesn't have as many features as some other CRMs on the market
  • The newest redesign is a little harder to navigate than previous versions of the website
  • We haven't seen a drastic change yet.
SugarCRM has much more capabilities, but is far worse as far as quality goes. Bullhorn is a definite third place. HubSpot ranks best of the three in ease of use, performance, and as said before, the cost.
It's nice that it's a freemium product, so you can start with the basic product and add on if need be. I am not the greatest to judge when it would or wouldn't be most appropriate, however; it is pretty well rounded in my eyes. Perhaps if you need stronger reports, it may not be right for you.
