Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I have used Hubspot in two capacities, both companies used HubSpot specifically in a sales and marketing capacity. HubSpot was used to manage all marketing and sales communication activities between the company and the client.
- HubSpot does a great job of tracking email activities - both from a sales and marketing perspective. Being able to tell when your prospect or client has viewed your email and what they are looking at is key in being able to target messaging and know when your emails were read and what the end user felt was important.
- The ability to at a glance see what is going on with end users now and in the past, assign values to the end user based on the actions faced and mange the progressive content they receive makes sales and marketing's job so much easier!
- Standard reporting is not as robust as I would love. I would prefer more canned reports.
- Custom configurable dashboards that integrate sales and marketing would be nice.
- HubSpot has given us unparalled insight into our pipeline from the top down.
