Our whole agency uses HubSpot CRM and it's become a very important part of our day to day activities. We use it to manage and monitor leads, customers, and tasks throughout the whole team. It's helped us avoid letting things fall through the cracks and our follow up and prospecting process has been much improved.
Pros
- Gmail integration is fantastic. Makes things so easy because we just send emails as normal and can log it in the HubSpot CRM.
- Call feature is great to log phone calls.
- Tasks help us assign and manage to dos for each lead and team member.
