Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our whole agency uses HubSpot CRM and it's become a very important part of our day to day activities. We use it to manage and monitor leads, customers, and tasks throughout the whole team. It's helped us avoid letting things fall through the cracks and our follow up and prospecting process has been much improved.
  • Gmail integration is fantastic. Makes things so easy because we just send emails as normal and can log it in the HubSpot CRM.
  • Call feature is great to log phone calls.
  • Tasks help us assign and manage to dos for each lead and team member.
  • Advanced features are an extra cost

It was impossible to get my team to consistently use Base CRM. It was a fine tool, but HubSpot's CRM is superior for our business and our team actually uses and enjoys using the CRM now.
It's a CRM that we recommend to everyone that we talk to. It's simple to use, free to get started and it's a CRM that our team actually uses. We used Base CRM in the past and paid for it, but it was like pulling teeth to get the team to use it. Now, everyone actually enjoys using the CRM.
