Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The HubSpot CRM is being used by our agency internally and we are also enabling our clients to use the CRM as well to streamline their online sales process. This is a great tool to help our clients bridge the marketing/sales connection, and become more immersed in how inbound works, what opportunities are available, and how to optimize their sales process in HubSpot.
Pros
- Works to support all inbound marketing efforts in HubSpot
- Offers easy segmentation of lists
- Allows for marketing to develop "templates" for sales team to easily use
Cons
- Extra cost for more advanced features
- It's had a positive impact to help ensure we're aware and focused on all lead opportunities
- It's been positive as a way to help us have the tools we need to track and follow up with leads
