Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot CRM to manage all our sales activity. It allows us to track this activity and share information between Sales and the rest of the team in the company: account manager, support
Pros
- Hubspot is simple and easy to learn. researching information on contacts and companies on the internet saves a lot of time entering data (something that Sales hates doing)
- Customization is easy. We have been able to add specific field on main objects and make all this work the way we wanted
- Integration with mail is easy. Mail sent to customer are easily integrated into the system
Cons
- Having customization made available for everyone. Today each user is able to have custom view of object but there is no clear way to define a custom view and have everyone in the company use the same view
- Data structure on filters. Hubspot offers management on different object types: company, contact, deal, tasks. Each of these objects tends to be manipulated only as independent object doing import/export or filtering. It's difficult, for example, to list all deals for companies that have more than 50 people.
- More control on sales activity
- Salesforce and Insightly
Hubspot is much more easy to use than Salesforce and therefore requires less energy to have Sales using it. The tool is simpler and may lack some advanced features, but the ease of use is key for adoption.
Insightly is lighter than Salesforce but not that much easier to use. It also lacks some important features on import/export or customisation capability
