Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use the Hubspot CRM on the sales side of our business to track sales activities and progress. It gives us a very visual representation of where each lead is in the pipeline. We love it because it connects seamlessly with the Hubspot Marketing tool, and helps us track leads throughout the entire sales and marketing process.

Hubspot CRM is much simpler than other CRMs I have used. We use the free version of Hubspot right now because it came with our subscription. I think SFDC is a better overall tool, but it isn't effective if you have bad SFDC administrators. Ultimately the ease of use of the Hubspot CRM is key for our small agency.
