We use it to build a CRM for our clients - it helps us channel leads generated on LinkedIn & via cold email to a space where our clients can take action on them in an organized and systematized way. The onboarding is super simple and easy to use.
- Importing and exporting leads
- Tracking the follow of leads and deals
- Generating analytics and reports
- Allowing for easy access to leads and prospects from anywhere
- UI/UX can always improve
- LinkedIn Integration - must be added
- It would be great to have pre written templates and snippets
- I manage to retain clients for longer with the added functionality I give them.
- Clearer view and better control of my pipeline.
- No leads and prospects fall between the cracks anymore - they all get handled.
