Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We're using HS for the Sales department, we've tried to use it also for business deployment, but probably it's not the best tool for "locations." On the other hand, it's great for Sales teams. It's a powerful, fast, and easy-to-use CRM, with a lot of integrated time-saving features. Also, the plugins for Chrome and Outlook work really well.

- E-mail tracking feature: totally integrated with Outlook.
- Analytics tools: Reports & dashboard
- Calls via CRM
- Research algorithm & duplicates merge
Cons
- Lack of keyboard shortcuts for most common actions.
- Task management interface.
- Shorter deal cycles.
- Workflow optimization and improvement.
- Time saving.
