Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We're using HS for the Sales department, we've tried to use it also for business deployment, but probably it's not the best tool for "locations." On the other hand, it's great for Sales teams. It's a powerful, fast, and easy-to-use CRM, with a lot of integrated time-saving features. Also, the plugins for Chrome and Outlook work really well.
  • E-mail tracking feature: totally integrated with Outlook.
  • Analytics tools: Reports & dashboard
  • Calls via CRM
  • Research algorithm & duplicates merge
  • Lack of keyboard shortcuts for most common actions.
  • Task management interface.
  • Shorter deal cycles.
  • Workflow optimization and improvement.
  • Time saving.
Usability's one of the best features of HubSpot. Intuitive and user-friendly interface. If you have experience with CRM environments, you can use HubSpot almost with no training.

A great sales tool, easy-to-use interface, huge time saver, you can focus on your job instead of CRM reporting and admin task. Useful both for Enterprise and SMB. As I said in my previous comment, it's not the right tool for "locations", probably a GEO widget can solve the issue.
