Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use CRM in our company as a client's database to enter outbound/inbound leads and follow the progress in the sales funnel after leads have been contacted. It's mostly used by Sales and Marketing teams. It helps us to stay organized and on time.
  • Super easy to set workflows.
  • Easy to set reports dashboard.
  • I like that you can leave notes.
  • You can see all the activity on the contact. i.e emails.
  • You can't drag and drop text between columns.
  • Don't know if that's how our company's CRM is set up or it's a universal thing but you can't enter any contact information before you enter the name.
  • Hard to enter company and contact info using a tab key without a mouse. There are a bunch of edit and detail buttons that get it the way. It slows down your work.
  • As I am mostly responsible for entering data, I find it frustrating that you need to scroll to enter info for companies and contacts. For example, I need to enter 22 qualities on the company and 19 in contacts. It could be just on the big window in your eyesight. Would be much faster and harder to make mistakes.
  • Can't start tasks from the middle of the list because you'll be thrown back to the start of the list.
  • Many changes appear only after few minutes e.g on reports dashboard.
  • Can't change company/contact qualities in the list view as you can do in Salesforce. You can do that only after you click "select" and then "edit" on top of the list.
  • No filtering by the number of contacts in the company.
I used 3 CRMs in my life. I would put it in first place for its amazing UI. But it needs to address some issues I told you before.

Hunter, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
It's well suited for people that work with contacts but less for the people that enter those contacts.
