Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It's being used both for sales but also to send support and bug tickets to our dev team. Helps us to keep customer data organized and improve sales efficiency.
Pros
- Tasks-Workflow: Nice way of keeping your productivity high if used correctly.
- Activity Feed: Gives you a nice and easy overview of who is engaging in your sent e-mails
Cons
- Organization: You can't create subfolders in your folders (e.g. with your mail templates).
- A function that lets you bulk-create contact-tasks instead of company-tasks.
- Increased sales rep productivity.
Our start-up is too small to give an answer to that. Marketing and Sales is one person so far.
