Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It's being used both for sales but also to send support and bug tickets to our dev team. Helps us to keep customer data organized and improve sales efficiency.
  • Tasks-Workflow: Nice way of keeping your productivity high if used correctly.
  • Activity Feed: Gives you a nice and easy overview of who is engaging in your sent e-mails
  • Organization: You can't create subfolders in your folders (e.g. with your mail templates).
  • A function that lets you bulk-create contact-tasks instead of company-tasks.
  • Increased sales rep productivity.
I have not used other CRM software yet so I can't give an answer to this. Yet, HubSpot is rather intuitive. It takes a bit to figure out all the possibilities you have and what permissions you still need or shouldn't have but that's manageable of course. All in all a modern design with most of it being intuitive.
Our start-up is too small to give an answer to that. Marketing and Sales is one person so far.

Yes

HubSpot really helps me to structure my day in sales by letting me set up my own workflow with the bulk tasks. Apart from that, it shows me where I have room for improvement by having a look at our dashboards. It is also a nice way of letting your dev team know about product issues/requests in a nice and structured way.
