Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is used by my entire team to log sales touches. This is used across the whole department. It doesn't address business problems it prevents them by allowing you to follow up with prospects easily.
Pros
- Displays your monthly stats clearly.
- Allows you to compete with some of your coworkers.
- Great tool to set reminders to follow up.
Cons
- I can't think of anything!
- HubSpot has helped me to follow up and actually make sales
We work as one. We're able to see where our teammates need help.
I haven't used another CRM but HubSpot is great for any beginner. Super easy to learn.
